Tech Auto Private Limited (Unit - II), commenced its operations in May 2006 with a prime purpose of serving its customer TVS Motor Company Limited, a leading manufacturer of Two Wheelers in India, with whom Tech Auto has been associated since 1988. This is a CNC Machining & Assembly Plant setup for manufacturing of Drum Sprocket Assemblies for different models of Motorcycles and Mopeds. The Sprockets are being manufactured at our main facility in Ludhiana and Aluminum Die Casted Drums, Bearings, Fasteners, Oil Seals etc. are out-sourced. CNC Machining on Aluminum Die Casted Drums along with other secondary operations like Multi Spindle Drilling, Bearing Pressing and Final Assembly operations are performed in Unit - II. The assemblies are despatched to the customer in specially designed returnable plastic crates on Just-in-time (JIT) basis.
